green tea diets

been taking some green tea capsules. usually prior to my morning workout and run, to see if there are any effects - good or bad. can't say i see or feel any change, maybe a little more energized during my workout, but will let you know on my progress.

psoriasis cures

trying my hand on putting up squidoo sites ....
